Effective date: September 29, 2026
This agreement covers use of Checkpoint (https://cbcheckpoint.com), the in-house transaction management app of Coldwell Banker Salute ("Salute," "we," "us") in Lawton, Oklahoma, including its QuickBooks Online integration, "Salute Desk." By signing in or using Checkpoint, you agree to these terms.
Who may use Checkpoint
Checkpoint is licensed only to authorized Salute users: our agents, broker, and office staff who have been given an account. It is not sold or offered to the public.
License
Salute gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Checkpoint only to do your work for Salute. You may not:
- share your login or let anyone else use your account;
- copy, sell, rent, or give access to Checkpoint or its data to others;
- try to break, bypass, or reverse engineer the app or its security;
- use Checkpoint for anything illegal or unrelated to Salute's business.
Agent and staff obligations
When you use Checkpoint, you agree to:
- keep client information confidential and use it only for the transaction it belongs to;
- upload or email in only documents for your own deals;
- follow the broker's instructions about transactions, documents, and use of the app;
- follow all applicable laws and the rules of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission;
- keep your login to yourself and never share your password;
- report any suspected unauthorized access or misuse of your account to the office promptly.
QuickBooks Online data
Checkpoint connects only to Salute's own QuickBooks Online company. QuickBooks data is used only for Salute's bookkeeping, such as reports, commissions, and disbursements. You may not use it for any other purpose or share it outside Salute.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for what happens under your account.
AI document review
Checkpoint uses AI to help review documents. AI review is an aid only. It is not legal advice, and it can miss problems or make mistakes. It does not replace your own review, the broker's review, or advice from a qualified professional.
Ownership
Checkpoint and its data belong to Salute. Information you enter for Salute's business remains part of Salute's records.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in Checkpoint.
Ending access
Salute may suspend or revoke your access at any time, for any reason, including when you leave Salute. Your right to use Checkpoint ends when your access ends. Your duty to keep client information confidential continues after your access ends.
No warranty
Checkpoint is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Salute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from use of Checkpoint.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Comanche County, Oklahoma.
Changes
We may update this agreement. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Checkpoint means you accept the changes.
